In the past two years we have added a Firearm Department to our stores and need energetic and passionate sales associates to join our team! The Rural King in Paris, IL is the company's second location and has been open since 1962. We currently have 2 openings behind our gun counter, 1 Full-time and 1 Part-time.
Responsibilities:
As Department Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance, cataloging, and transfering of firearms following the guidlines of the ATF.
Requirements:MUST have firearm knowledge and experience
MUST have a FOID card issued by the State of Illinois
MUST have a clean criminal background
MUST have reliable transportation
Bonus Points:
Prior firearms sales experience
ATF rules and regulation knowledge
Open work availability
Perks:
5% Associate discount on firearms, 15% associate discount on all other items
40 vacation hours after 1 year of employment (full-time only)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
