Key Responsibilities Manages the maintenance of the building, grounds, equipment, and plant facilities.
Installs, moves, repairs, and removes equipment and utilities within the building.
Keeps in compliance with and abreast of all OSHA regulations.
Contracts with and supervises all outside contractors.
Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facility expansion.
Plans budgets and schedule facility modifications, including cost estimates.
Responsible for preventative maintenance of facility equipment, including HVAC, office equipment, etc.
Responsible for the Telecommunication Function.
Provides employee performance data for upper management evaluation.
