Who We Are Looking ForWith a focus on Farmer First, the Quality Manager located in Paris, IL is a critical role that will lead the local Quality Department to identify and improve quality performance across Paris operations.
AGCO is a Fortune 500 company and a leader in the agriculture industry.
The Paris, IL facility has doubled in size over the past 18 months with multi-million dollar production schedules month over month.
What You Will Do Follow required safety and work procedures.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area to 5S Standards.
Develop and maintain Standard Work, Work Instructions, and Support current and new product introductions.
Implement all aspects of Quality Management systems.
Lead the Quality Department to achieve production/manufacturing targets and customer focused initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement while collaborating with Operations, Engineering and Materials teams and lead the AISC certifications for the Paris facility.
Provide direct plant support to the production and quality functions.
Support development of new product and engineering designs.
Support manufacturing change management as the point of contact/liaison between product engineering and production management.
Communicate relevant technical information, including projects & results, to all levels of the organization.
