The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing products, organizing, and providing general assistance to me.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is able to work independently and take initiative but also can listen and understand instructions and learn the way I want things done.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Organize and maintain files, records, and other documents, inventory.
Manage travel arrangements.
Provide general administrative support to the employer.
Maintain a calendar of events and activities for the employer.
Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed.
