Supervise all services provided by the residential facilities to residents and comply with all applicable regulations Ensure that facilities are in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations for licensure and Medicaid certification Maintain census and referral list Prepare and complete all accounts payable, account receivable, and payroll Perform all personnel functions, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, evaluating, training, and scheduling Excellent
